Scratch the lightning motor and do a 4V 2003-2004 cobra motor instead.

nothing happened to the 2v. It does however have 140k on it though. Time for a new drivetrain. I thought about a 4v swap and know it would easier and make more power but I just love the 5.4 s/c look and setup. Just bought a lightning engine with 32k s/c to oil pan with wiring harness for $2000. Just need to figure out what all I will need for the swap and start oredering parts.

i got you bro. bought dual lightning fuel pumps, coolant tank, heat exchanger and oil cooler the other day. i need to get that x pipe from you though. you still have it?

yeah. i bought a new 255 fuel pump before i talked to  guy who has already done the swap. he said he used the factory dual pumps and made a return line. found some pumps for $60 so couldnt pass it up. gotta brand new 255 for sale if anyone needs one now haha
